Digital confirmation

After successful payment verification, your QR confirmation is emailed to the address entered during registration. Where available, the payment confirmation page also provides a link to open or print the confirmation. Automated payment or email delays can occur; check spam/junk and contact customer support with the booking and payment references if the confirmation does not arrive. Do not pay again without checking an existing payment.

Physical pass collection

Show the QR confirmation at the visitor desk at the event venue. Authorised staff verify payment and ticket validity before issuing the physical visitor pass. One registration provides one physical-pass collection. No courier or postal shipping is included or required. Protect the QR link from copying.

Corrections and assistance

Contact support if you entered the wrong email or cannot access the QR. Bring your booking or payment reference for assistance. The registered WhatsApp number is collected as contact information; automated WhatsApp ticket delivery is not included in the current booking service.
