Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations

No online visitor-pass checkout or payment is enabled by this plugin configuration. Enquiry submission is not a payment and does not create a confirmed booking.

Any future refund, cancellation, transfer or postponement terms must be confirmed in writing by the organizer and displayed before payment or booking is accepted. This draft is not a published refund promise and requires organizer approval.
